The Person:
You will be an experienced senior executive with an understanding of local government, rural and regional communities and what it takes to build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders at all levels. You will be an entrepreneurial individual and progressive thinker who will both initiate business enhancement opportunities with an ability to lead and embrace change. Your track record of respecting and working in partnership with community will be critical to your success in this position.
You will bring a broad range of leadership skills and experiences that position you to lead and support staff in an authentic, contemporary and balanced way that encourages individuals and allows them to shine.
