Resthaven's iconic Paradise is seeking a Clerical Support person to join their dynamic administration team on a permanent part-time basis, working 13 hours a week.

Specialising in roster management, this diverse and fast paced role encompasses responsibilities including rostering, maintaining financial accounts, visitor management, coordinating resident admissions and discharges and relieving reception duties.

Essential Criteria 

  • Experience in Rostering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, Word and Outlook at an intermediate level with a typing speed of 45wpm with high accuracy
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience handling cash
  • Have a warm, engaging, professional approach to meeting the needs of our clients
  • Ability to work without direct supervision to complete duties and achieve deadlines
