We're Hiring: Male Disability Support Worker – Burwood, VIC
Are you a compassionate and reliable support worker with experience in BOC (Behaviours of Concern)? We’re looking for someone just like you to join our dedicated team in Burwood, VIC.
Shift:
Week 1 - Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Week 2 - Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM; Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
About the Role: You'll be supporting a male client in the community with:
Community outings and participation
Behaviour support and proactive engagement
Medication assistance in line with support plans
Promoting independence and a meaningful daily routine
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in supporting individuals with BOC
Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Disability or similar
Valid First Aid & CPR,
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check (Employee)
Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle
Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, patient approach
CASUAL Pay Rates (SCHADS Award) Casual 3.1 Home Care Employee- includes 25% loading:
Day: $33.96/hour
Afternoon: $37.36/hour
Active night: $38.04/hour
Saturday: $47.55/hour
Sunday: $61.13/hour
Public holiday: $74.72/hour
