About the role Play a vital part in supporting clients on their rehabilitation journey at The Park Centre. Shifts involve assisting with on-grounds and off-grounds leave, helping individuals develop emotional regulation, build new life skills, and re-engage with hobbies and structured routines. Shifts
Monday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Wednesday: 9:30am – 5:30pm
Thursday: 9:30am – 5:30pm
Friday: 9:00am – 4:30pm
Pay Rates SCHADS Award B2.1 Casual Rates (before tax):
Base hourly rate: $41.76
Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $45.94
Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $46.77
Saturday: $58.47
Sunday: $75.17
Public holiday: $91.88
