Disability Support Worker - West Pymble

We are currently seeking a female support worker to assist three clients located in the Killara and West Pymble areas of Sydney. This role involves community access support, transporting and accompanying clients to activities, appointments, and outings, as well as providing personal care and support for complex needs. A reliable car with comprehensive insurance is essential for this role.

Shifts:
You must be able to commit to all below shifts, we unfortunately cannot make amendments. Additional work is also available with other clients.

Monday: 6:00 AM to 8:30 AM or 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM - choose what suits you!
Friday: 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Sunday: 6:00 AM – 8:30 AM or 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM - choose what suits you!

Mobility support
Autism awareness
Pressure & wound care
Complex bowel and catheter care
Spinal injury support
Diabetes and asthma care
Dysphagia management
Epilepsy awareness
Mental health and behaviour support
Medication assistance

Pay Rates – SCHADS Award Community Employee 2.1 (Casual, before tax):

Weekday base rate: $41.76/hour
Afternoon shift (ending between 8pm and midnight): $45.94/hour
Active night shift (finishes after midnight or starts before 6am): $46.77/hour
Saturday: $58.47/hour
Sunday: $75.17/hour
Public Holidays: $91.88/hour

Essential Requirements:

Must have a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
Valid driver’s licence
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children NSW Employee
Current First Aid & CPR
