Join our team as a Facilities Caretaker! You'll be the go-to person for maintaining and managing our many and varied Council facilities. Your day-to-day will involve minor maintenance tasks, managing bookings, setting up for events, and ensuring our buildings and grounds are always clean and safe. You'll also be the friendly face handling customer inquiries and ensuring everyone has a great experience using our facilities.

As part of this role, you will be required to work within a shift roster system

About You

We're looking for someone with a knack for building maintenance and strong communication skills. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using electronic building access software. Being a team player is essential, but you'll also need to work independently and take initiative.

You will come to work with a ‘can do’ attitude and a preparedness to ‘walk the talk’.
