Join us as a Project Officer – Home Care, where you'll be at the heart of essential homecare projects, working with passionate stakeholders to bring impactful changes. About the Role: Collaborate with dynamic, cross-functional teams to drive several innovative projects within homecare. From integrating home care into Villages and Housing to spearheading Support at Home initiatives, your work will be pivotal in transforming senior care. Working Part Time, 4 days per week, this is a 6-month contracted position with the possibility of extension till 31st March 2025. What You'll Do: Homecare Liaison: Partner with key stakeholders to seamlessly implement home care services into Villages/Housing. Lead the charge in operational process improvements with a home care focus. Champion the change management strategy to support home care in village operations. Cultivate a one-team culture within Seniors Living, aligned with Anglicare’s inspiring strategy, vision, and mission. Support at Home: Play a crucial role in the transition of Support at Home by empowering cross-functional teams. Drive the implementation of program initiatives that align with our ambitious growth strategy. Coordination & Reporting: Take on diverse tasks within designated homecare projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Provide insightful project reporting on key deliverables, challenges, issues, variations, and performance. What We're Looking For: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, with at least 2 years of experience in the Aged Care sector or equivalent. Ability to work independently, using initiative and self-direction, while producing high-quality work. Strong planning and organisational skills with a proven ability to solve problems and thrive under pressure. Experience in project coordination or business development is a plus. Want to join?
