An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Recruitment Business Partner to join the Recruitment team based at our Wayville Head Office, on a permanent full-time basis.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Senior Recruitment Business Partner will be responsible for providing advice and support on best practice recruitment to Program Managers, including the coordination of recruitment activity across their allocated portfolio. The Senior Recruitment Business Partner will also be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimising the e-Recruitment system and providing support to system users and for the supervision of a Recruitment Administrator.

You will have:

  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing a recruitment function.
  • Proven experience working as a recruitment business partner, including experience in high volume, end-to-end recruitment.
  • Experience managing and optimising an e-Recruitment system to support the recruitment process and enhance the user experience.
  • Contemporary knowledge and experience utilising various media platforms for recruitment activities.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work in a consultative manner and build effective working relationships at all levels in the organisation.
  • Current driver’s licence to enable travel to all Resthaven facilities including regional sites.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide a Recruitment Business Partner service to an allocated portfolio.
  • Consult with Program Managers on current recruitment activities, recruitment requirements and provide advice on best practice recruitment processes.
  • Preparation of interview and selection tools.
  • Participate in panel interviews, assessment centres and other high volume recruitment activities.
  • Workforce Planning and Reporting - Prepare regular reports related to recruitment activities and provide statistical analysis on recruitment trends across nominated portfolio.
  • Support the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring needs of allocated portfolio.
  • Systems Administration - Oversee the day-to-day operation of the e-recruitment system, including user management, system configuration, troubleshooting, and monitoring and maintaining system processes.
