Generous Superannuation In addition to the compulsory 9.5% superannuation contribution, if you choose to contribute an additional amount the Shire of Esperance will match your contribution up to a maximum of 5%.

Rostered Days Off Shire of Esperance staff work a 40 hour week on a 19 day month rotation. A rostered day off can be taken at a time convenient for the employee with their manager's approval.
