About the Role

The position requires you to be a key driver of Council's strategic planning and reporting framework and a crucial part of our commitment to transparency, public accountability and good governance. This role guides, influences and support our professional workforce to develop and implement effective plans, performance reporting mechanisms whilst practicing good governance.

About You

The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in business, governance, corporate planning or similar, and/or minimum 5 years relevant work experience. Ideally you will have strong relationship management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to influence stakeholders. Exceptional written and oral communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Experience in a corporate planning environment, compliance or governance role, and/or local government, are an advantage.
