The Oppor­tu­ni­ty

We seek an expe­ri­enced Man­ag­er for Alice Springs Aquat­ic & Leisure Cen­tre (ASALC) who pro­vide strate­gic direc­tion and sound oper­a­tional over­sight. Dri­ve inno­va­tion to con­tin­ue to pro­vide safe and high-qual­i­ty cus­tomer expe­ri­ence, opti­miz­ing usage and busi­ness sus­tain­abil­i­ty and over­see the ongo­ing devel­op­ment of pro­grams and ser­vices that meet the needs of the local com­mu­ni­ty, includ­ing a high-qual­i­ty Learn-to-Swim program.

Your respon­si­bil­i­ties will include to pro­vide lead­er­ship, men­tor­ing and direc­tion to the ASALC team, ensur­ing their respon­sive­ness to chang­ing cus­tomer needs and the pro­vi­sion of qual­i­ty pro­grams and ser­vices that exceed com­mu­ni­ty expec­ta­tions, con­tribute to the con­tin­u­ous improve­ment and util­i­sa­tion of the facil­i­ty through the inno­v­a­tive devel­op­ment of pro­grams, mar­ket­ing cam­paigns, busi­ness and strate­gic plan­ning, and Under­take reg­u­lar ser­vice plan­ning to ensure that the facil­i­ty and team goals align with ASTC’s strate­gic objec­tives, so that all ASALC employ­ees recog­nise the impor­tant role that they play in deliv­er­ing Council’s long-term vision.

OUR BEN­E­FIT

Attrac­tive salary of Lev­el 8 (MO) $122,965.69 on Pro — rata Basis.
