As a Resthaven RN Coordinator Community Services, you'll experience the satisfaction of supporting your Registered nurses, Community Coordinators and Home support workers team to deliver the best care possible to older people. Our Resthaven Riverland Community Site located at Berri has a need for a full-time permanent RN Coordinator to join the team.

Your Manager will take the time to get to know you and understand how you like to be supported as you take on this challenging role, which incorporates an on-call roster. With their guidance and support, you'll feel confident in undertaking assessments and applying your Comprehensive clinical knowledge of aged care programs and services.

You will enjoy the mutual support and friendship of your team members and the dedicated Registered Nurses team you provide leadership to.

Essential Criteria:

• Comprehensive clinical knowledge, particularly to age related issues, and experience working with contemporary practices in an aged care environment
• An inclusive, collaborative and supportive leadership style
• Proficient with computer systems
• Have current AHPRA registration
• Current Drivers Licence
