Resthaven have recently commenced a Relief Staffing Pool, to assist and support unplanned staff leave across 12 Residential Aged Care homes.
Work hours: 5am to 9am - Saturdays and Sundays - Permanent Part time

About the Role:
- Coordinate the scheduling and allocation of relief staff to various aged care facilities
- Maintain an up-to-date database of relief staff
- Optimising relief pool staff to ensure rosters are cost effective.
- Communicate roster updates, shift assignments, and other relevant information to relief staff and relevant manager.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of flexible rostering practices.
- Ideally the candidate will be responsible for covering shifts when other staff are on leave.
Essential Criteria:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrates attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and strong problem-solving skills
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Strong computer skills and systems oriented
- A flexible attitude and willingness to undertake a diverse set of tasks.
- Ability to work every Saturday and Sunday
