We offer competitive salaries consistently above the industry average. We provide annual salary increases, effective from 1 July each year (as determined by our Award). We also pay 16.5% superannuation to a fund of your choice.
Nine-day fortnight – All full time staff have the opportunity to work a nine-day fortnight.
Flexible work arrangements – A range of flexible work arrangements are available to help you better balance your work and life priorities.
Leave – We recognise that you will need to take time off for a variety of reasons. You’ll receive 4 weeks annual leave each year as well as long service leave after 5 years. Other leave types include but are not limited to sick leave, carers leave and bereavement leave.
Paid parental leave – Options available to suit different needs include paid leave from Goldenfields Water and the government funded maternity leave scheme.
Employee Assistance Program - We understand that professional counselling can lead people through difficult times, whether they are work related or personal. We offer a free confidential counselling service to our employees and their immediate family members.
Staff development - We have an inclusive staff development system encompassing goal setting of key projects, identifying training, regular review and feedback, job clarity and a big picture view of our strategic direction.
Skills Assessments – We assess each employee’s skills at least annually, giving you an opportunity to identify skills you have newly acquired or brought to the position, while helping to identify your training needs for the next 12 months.
Education Assistance – If you want to further your education, we’ll help cover the cost of your studies and provide paid leave to attend examinations.
