In Aboriginal Home Health we’ve been caring for our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander elders and community in NSW for more than 30 years. Our aim is to empower our elders to live in the comfort of their homes for as long as possible whist receiving ongoing culturally appropriate care and connecting with other members of the community.
