About the Role: As a Carer at Anglicare Sydney, you will play a vital role in supporting residents to live independently and with dignity. You will assist with daily tasks, provide emotional support, and offer companionship to residents. You will ensure the physical comfort and emotional health of our residents are met in a caring and nurturing environment. About You: Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification (desirable). Experience in aged care or disability support is highly desirable. A genuine passion for working with older people and enhancing their quality of life. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
