Why this role matters The Salvation Army (Salvos) is one of the largest providers of homelessness services across the country. Our philosophy is that every person should be afforded dignity and respect and that no one should be without a safe, affordable, and secure home. We provide services and supports to adults, and families with accompanying children in the form of accommodation, case management, assertive outreach, financial assistance, community connection and referral services. About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Case Manager to deliver high quality case management support services to young people 16-25 years of age at risk or experiencing homelessness. The role develops and implements high quality client led case plans that achieve set outcomes. Upton Rd Youth refuge supports young people experiencing significant crisis and homelessness in supportive & therapeutic environments. Reporting to the Youth Services Client Services Coordinator, this is a fixed term full-time position, contracted until May 2026, based in St Kilda, VIC. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Award Level 5.
