Coordinator Community Services - 12 month contract - Woodville

As a Resthaven Coordinator Community Services, you’ll experience the satisfaction of supporting older people to remain living in their own homes, as you interact one-on-one with them to develop and manage care plans.

Resthaven Western Community Services at Woodville have a full-time fixed term 12 month contract available for the candidate who is looking to take the next step in their Aged Care career.

Resthaven is one of South Australia’s largest not-for-profit providers, so you’ll personally benefit from our stable, regular work environment. Your Manager will take the time to get to know you and understand how you like to be supported as you take on this challenging role, which incorporates an on-call roster.

With their guidance and support, you’ll feel confident in undertaking assessments and applying your knowledge of programs and services.

Essential Criteria:

• Experience in assessment, referral, and creation/coordination of Human Services
• Excellent time management skills and ability to balance competing priorities
• An understanding of issues for older people, their families, and carers
• Qualification in health, human services or community services
