About the Role Are you passionate about human resources and committed to delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for an HR Advisor to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in supporting our organization. The role is for max term (6 month) full time position based either at Melbourne or Sydney. Location is flexible to successful applicant. Reporting to the HR Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for the HR Services Support desk and HR Queries for the organisation. In this role, you will provide guidance on policies and procedures, Workday functionality, award interpretation, and cross-departmental processes. Additionally, you will oversee end-to-end processes in Workday, ensuring the integrity of Workday data is maintained. Key Responsibilities: Advise and coach on operational HR matters, including systems, processes, award interpretation, and TSA policies. Collaborate with stakeholders on Workday enhancements, conducting testing, and providing valuable feedback to the HR Systems team. Identify training needs and develop engaging training materials for key user groups. Communicate Workday changes to TSA stakeholders, ensuring relevant step guides and processes are updated accordingly. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver tailored HR support. About you Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter with high engagement levels and excellent relationship building capacity to work with people from diverse backgrounds. Key capabilities include: A degree or qualification in Human Resources or a related field. Demonstrated experience in HR support / generalist role. Sound knowledge of Workday or other HRIS systems.
