Things that work for us: Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded Must be available to work 3 shifts a week on a PPT basis Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan National Police Certificate; NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role.
