Things that work for us: Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate III Aged Care or similar qualification is essential Ability to commit to Permanent Part Time - Day, Afternoon and Night shifts Experience in an aged care environment Personal care provision that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of our organisation Experience providing services and activities centred around client needs including grooming, showering, mobility, meals, toileting, social activities High level of customer service skills Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Ability to follow directives as per care plan Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months) NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
