Resthaven requires a Program Assistant to join the team at our Goodwood Office in a casual role. The successful applicant will be required to work weekends, with start times at 7am and finishing times at 6pm (depending on roster). There will also be a requirement to work as part of an On-Call roster.

Role responsibilities include liaising with clients, their families and carers in providing assistance to clients, and collaborating with Coordinators in regard to staff rostering, timesheet calculation, and communicating with staff involved in providing direct client services.

Role Requirements:

  • Experience in rostering and scheduling
  • Strong computer literacy
  • A focus on providing exceptional customer service  
  • Liaise with clients, their families and carers in providing assistance to clients
  • Maintain client and program data systems and ensure they are accurate and up to date 
  • Provide administrative and direct client support as directed
