You will have: 

• Certificate in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) and/or experience as a Cook in a service organisation
• Ability to communicate effectively with older people
• Knowledge of food safety legislation
• Flexibility to travel to all Residential sites as required and with prior notice, including Mt Gambier, Port Elliot and Murray Bridge 
• Driver’s licence and motor vehicle
