About You: Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or aged care (preferred but not essential) Strong attention to detail and cleanliness A genuine passion for working with older people and enhancing their quality of life. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining areas, and food service spaces. Assist in meal setup, including setting tables and ensuring all utensils and crockery are clean. Deliver food and beverages to residents in the dining room and, when necessary, to their rooms. Ensure dietary requirements and preferences are met for each resident. Collaborate with the broader team to provide holistic support to residents. Collect, clean, and store dishes and utensils after meals Foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere within the care facility.
