Support Worker - Personal Care - Broken Hill

Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently & remain within their own homes:

• Support Worker Positions available for the provision of Personal Support Services 
• Permanent Part-Time contracts available with hourly rate of $32.56p/h + 11.5% super
• Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clients
• Based with our Far West Branch we have roles available in Broken Hill NSW.

Key Requirements:

• Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
• Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19 
• Flexibility to work rosters between 7:30am to 6pm between Monday to Friday (we are flexible on start & finish times for the right candidate) 
• Must have a minimum 12 months experience in delivering Personal Care and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support

Your New Role:

• Personal Care: Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime & medication prompting
• Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & assisted dressing
• Transport: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
• Client Awareness: such as social interaction, client observations & ongoing training & support

• Assistant in Nursing (AIN)
• Community Services worker 
• Bachelor of Nursing Students
