Based at Macquarie Park, the Quality Specialist ensures quality and compliance across our Seniors Communities by overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures. This role supports regulatory adherence and continuous improvement through effective document management and collaboration with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop, review, and manage policies, procedures, and related documents to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and aligned with operational needs. Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement and adherence to best practices. Support regulatory adherence through effective document management and collaboration with key stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a healthcare field, preferably in community aged care provision. Experience in writing policies, procedures, and related documents. Experience with document management systems. Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
