Anglicare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Consultant on a full-time fixed-term basis (12 months) to join our Residential Care Sales Team. The successful candidate will ensure that our Residential Care rooms are sold and filled in accordance with the budget, maintaining high occupancy levels. This role is crucial in ensuring the sales process for Anglicare accommodation and care offers is completed professionally and in line with organisational processes. Key Responsibilities: Achieve and maintain high occupancy levels in Residential Care homes. Ensure the sales process is completed professionally, following Anglicare's organisational procedures. Deliver the sales budget for the allocated region and Residential Care homes. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement regional communication and promotional strategies. Network with retirees, management, Discharge Planners, Social Workers, local churches, and other lead sources to develop and maintain effective communication. Conduct local presentations to promote Anglicare's services. Ensure all new contracts are accurate and executed within organisational timeframes. Maintain the accuracy and completeness of all relevant databases. Manage all associated interviews, paperwork, agreements, and documentation for customer admissions or transfers. Qualifications and Skills: Strong and demonstrable sales experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with knowledge of databases. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to analyse and define regional communication and promotional needs. What we offer: Excellent remuneration package and company benefits!
