About the Role…
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team in a part-time (0.8 FTE), maximum term role until 30 June 2025. The role of the Care Manager, Community Aged Care program, is to work with clients and stakeholders in assessing, planning and
managing client services. In this role you will:
Location: The role will cover locations within the Loddon Mallee region – primarily the Bendigo and Echuca regions and will involve working from home. Candidates residing in Bendigo and Echuca are encouraged to apply however a Melbourne base candidate with capacity to travel will be considered.
