We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team at Guyra Preschool and Long Daycare Centre, as an Early Childcare Educator Trainee for a 12 month term. We want someone who has a passion for learning and a desire to develop their skills in early childhood education.

As a Trainee Early Childcare Educator, you will gain hands-on experience and complete your Certificate III in Early Childcare Education. You will work alongside our experienced Educators to learn how to plan and implement educational programs, that not only cater to the daily interests and developmental needs of the children, but helps foster growth, independence and inspires curiosity within the children.

As part of the Traineeship, you will have allocated Study time to complete your study and have the benefit of receiving the help and support of our qualified Educators, be paid while you learn!

About You

You are a highly motivated and creative individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for learning. With a keen interest in the early years childcare industry, you are always eager to expand your knowledge and skills. Your ability to learn quickly and listen effectively allows you to adapt to new challenges
and contribute meaningfully to any team. Using your friend, fun- loving attitude you’ll build lasting relationships with both the children in the centre and their families.

We are seeking candidates who are at least 18 years of age and possess a higher School Certificate or equivalent qualification. Candidates must also provide a current paid working with child check
